1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your gift basket, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The gift basket must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The return must include the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Perishable items, such as food or floral arrangements, cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns.
